Sweet ripe fruity aromas of cherries, dark plum and cassis. On taste the elegant structure is supported by wood and white pepper flavour.
Harvested at optimum ripeness, this Shiraz was naturally fermented on its skin for 10 days, left on its skin till malolactic fermentation was done and racked into 300lt French oak barrels for 12 months.
